JUNIOR HIGH:

Vision for our Junior High Ministry

At Christ the King Church, we do not view Jr. Highers as a "group," but rather, we view them as an age. From that standpoint, our aim is not to create a sub-group in the church, but to integrate them as much as possible into the life of the church at large. A key verse that guides our thinking is Luke 2:52,  which reads, "And Jesus grew in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with God and man." As our Jr. Highers mature and change, leading our Jr. Highers to the Lord is of first priority, and giving them opportunities to interact with and serve others is of second. 

Events
Throughout the school year, the jr. high youth group meets at the Ladas home to play games and study the word of God together.
