Why Genesis?
Genesis covers so many great themes from creation, companionship, sin, blame-shifting, temptation, murder, de-creation, incest, 
​homosexuality, missions, covenants, marriage, sacrifice, family problems, God's sovereignty in suffering, being faithful in little things, God working good out of what man intended for evil. There is nothing new under the sun.  Genesis is raw and blunt and beautiful; it is more relevant than today's newspaper.   

What a blessing to have a speaking God!  We have the oracles of God!  This is amazing!  

This is the Genesis.  The beginning!  And I pray that we will begin to see God in new and profound ways.  May it be the beginning of a life devoted to His Word.
